Meeting Space at The Box Moor Trust Centre
The beautiful Box Moor Trust Centre is available for hire for events including conferences and meetings.
With three rooms available, the Box Moor Trust Centre can accommodate up to 60 delegates.
Gorsefield Room
This is a very spacious room and ideal for conferences and larger meetings. The Gorsefield Room is on the ground floor so access is very easy. The room is very bright and has underfloor heating and air-conditioning. The room is situated next to the kitchen area and toilets. Tea and coffee facilities can be supplied.Room dimensions : 9.5m x 5.7m
Roughdown Room
Our Flagship Room. Our largest room is situated on the first floor of the Trust Centre and a lift is available for use. The room is very spacious with lovely views out onto Trust land and is very well lit. Fully Air conditioned. There are upstairs toilets and tea/coffee facilities can be supplied.Room Dimensions: 13.6m x 5.7m
Box Moor Board Room
The Board Room is situated on the first floor of the Trust Centre and a lift is available for use. This room is ideal for smaller meetings, or both upstairs rooms can be hired if a break out room is required in addition to the main room. It is air-conditioned. There are upstairs toilets and tea/coffee facilities can be supplied.Room Dimensions: 7.0m x 5.7m
The Quad
The Quad is an ideal spot for a breakout area or simply to enjoy the outdoors. Featuring Flagstone flooring and comfortable seating areas, it enhances the Trust Centre with yet another relaxing environment.
All rooms are equipped with a hearing loop, projector, projector screen, and flipchart.
Wi-Fi is also available.
In addition, we will gladly meet your refreshment needs, supplying tea and coffee for a small fee per person

Catering Options for Meetings and Events
If you are hosting a meeting or event at the Box Moor Trust we do allow you to provide food and non-alcoholic drinks for your attendees or guests. You can arrange this yourself, or through us. We recommend both Isalie and Sunnyside Rural Trust whom offer different catering options.

If you would like to order with Isalie, please contact them directly. If you would like to order with Sunnyside Rural Trust, please indicate so on your booking form and we will place the order on your behalf.

Isalie are able to provide catering for meetings and events with a minimum of 10 people with both cold and hot food options – menu to the right.
